Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Ability to provide 8-hour day shifts and flexibility to work weekends as requested by the client. (Client requires weekend availability.) Current clinical documentation skills and experience with outpatient therapy modalities and equipment preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Shift Hours: 8-hour day shifts. Typical Schedule: 5 days per week. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. Candidate may be asked to float to other facilities as needed.
