Fremont Division 2323 Commerce Dr Fremont, OH 43420, USA Remote Full-Time Requisition #: TERRI003025 Description Role and Responsibilities: Travel a territory of Northeast Ohio including Cleveland making on-site customer visits to current and prospective customers in B2B setting. Work 5 daysin the field each week supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, making appointments, call preparation, report generation, etc. Responsible for managing sales volume with existing customers while emphasizing volume growth and profitability of territory through new customers. Creatively problem solve customers’ issues to improve their packaging Generate qualified leads and guide them through a solution-based selling cycle to close Cultivate, create, and maintain strong customer relationships Work together in a team consisting of customer service, design, and other internal personnel regarding customer activity Submit weekly work plans, expense reports, and monthly territory analysis to management Qualifications / Educational Requirements: Preferred Skills: 6+ years of proven salesexperience with a record of opening new business in previously held position Strong business acumen Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of Office 365, Excel, Word,SharePoint,and PowerPoint Ability to lift 50lbs. and use hands todemonstratecorrugated products Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record Physical Demands: Demonstrate the ability to progressivelylift upto 50 pounds between pallet height and 36 inches.
