Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 03+ Months ( Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Pay Range: $33/hr to $35/hr

 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will independently manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and business-critical positions while serving as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, reflective, and creative recruiter with strong corporate recruiting experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to identify and engage passive talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
Recruit for professional, technical, and mid-level management positions.
Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Consult with stakeholders regarding talent availability, labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting challenges.
Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, research, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and talent evaluations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
Partner with HR on offer development, compensation discussions, and offer negotiations.
Track and utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes.
Support diversity recruiting initiatives and promote inclusive hiring practices.
Contribute to employer branding and recruiting process improvement initiatives.
Participate in workforce planning and talent forecasting discussions.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the ATS.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and job levels.
Experience recruiting for professional, technical, and business-critical positions.
Proven experience partnering with and influencing Director-level leaders and above.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies for challenging positions.
Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
Stable work history with a strong track record of professional recruiting experience.
Primarily corporate/in-house recruiting experience. Agency recruiting experience is acceptable but should represent no more than approximately 25% of overall recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UKG or other ATS platforms.
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
Knowledge of employment regulations and compensation practices.
Experience supporting diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives.
Experience with recruiting metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Experience with employer branding and recruiting process improvement.
Experience supporting workforce planning and talent forecasting.
