• Pager call -- 7 am to 7 am, 5 - 8 shifts per month
• 4 - 6 patients in hospital; up to 15 in clinic per shift
• Average 4 admissions per shift
• Rounding required -- both inpatient and outpatient
• Hospital privileges required
• Phone consults: 0 - 3 average per shift
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
