Position Summary
The Pharmacy Technician works alongside our pharmacists and other technicians to manage medication inventory and safely dispense medications to patients. This closed-door pharmacy serves in-clinic patients under the care of our providers. The Pharmacy Technician also maintains medications prescribed for in-clinic administration and out-patient use, supporting the clinic's mission to provide integrated, patient-centered care.

• Problem-solve to remove barriers between patients and their medications.

• Skillfully balance dispensing duties, patient interactions, and critical inventory management.

• Thrive in a team environment that values innovation, collaboration, and support.

• Are capable and comfortable administering vaccinations (preferred, but not required).

Key Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and safely.

• Maintain and monitor pharmacy inventory, including in-clinic and out-patient medications.

• Assist in vaccine administration when required.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of pharmacy activities.

• Contribute to an organized, efficient, and compliant pharmacy environment.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Utah.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to serving underserved populations and supporting clinic mission.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering vaccinations.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
