Responsibilities Make workplace safety the top priority by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Build and develop a superior team by hiring the best associates and providing necessary training. Ensure all associates are certified and on a structured career path through coaching sessions. Manage facility and equipment maintenance to comply with safety and environmental standards.
