Asset Management Investor Relations Assistant

This global asset management firm has continued to expand their presence in the US. Their NYC office is based in Midtown, and has a hybrid work model. This role will work closely with the Investor Relations team (25+ people) and the Credit Team (18+ people).

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for investor meetings and related events.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communication materials, including presentations and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support the team in tracking and analyzing market trends and investor feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify information for investor updates.
  • Assist in organizing investor roadshows and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in investor communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the investor relations team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 years of experience, ideally in an asset management environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in client facing roles, with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
