· Engage in ongoing communication with referral sources through face-to-face meetings, telephone consultations, and formal written documentation to support continuity of care and facilitate appropriate service coordination.
· Participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives. Support staff development through training, mentoring, and promoting evidence-based practices to enhance clinical effectiveness and team performance.
Requirements: What We’re Looking For:· Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.

· Work in a hospital environment accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF.
· Be part of a respected program with a long history of excellence in neurobehavioral rehabilitation.
· Receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
· Access a robust comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and generous paid time off.
