Foreman / Installation Supervisor - Physical Security

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel / Fleet Card + Benefits + PTO

Bright Minds’ industry leading systems integrator is looking for a field leader who knows how to take ownership of a physical security job site in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. You'll supervise installation crews on physical security projects in data center and commercial environments, driving execution from first pull through system startup. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, reads drawings fluently, and holds a crew to a standard.

Ideal candidates will have a low-voltage or electronic security background, have stepped into leadership, and thrive on mission-critical builds.

What you'll do as a Foreman / Installation Supervisor

• Supervise field crews on active commercial and data center security installations
• Oversee installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems
• Read and execute from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system drawings
• Manage labor, materials, schedule, and day-to-day field productivity
• Lead system startup, testing, certification, and customer turnover
• Set and uphold safety, quality, and professionalism standards on site

Requirements for the Foreman / Installation Supervisor - Physical Security

• 5-7 years in low-voltage, electronic security, structured cabling, or technical construction
• Prior crew leadership as a Foreman, Lead Installer, or Installation Supervisor
• Data center or large-scale build experience that require mission-critical demands
• Fluency with blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications
• Strong low-voltage installation fundamentals (conduit, raceway, terminations, labeling, etc)
• Clear communicator comfortable working with PMs, subs, and customers
