Material Handler

Material HandlerSupports production operations by receiving, staging, and delivering materials to manufacturing workstations, and by moving completed work between departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pull and deliver materials to production workstations per router and work ordersReturn excess or non-conforming material to appropriate locationsAssist with physical inventory countsOperate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materialsMaintain material staging areas in an organized and labeled mannerRecord material movements in ERP systemReport material shortages to planner or supervisorRequirements:Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED1+ years material handling or warehouse experienceBasic ERP or inventory system experiencePhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbsPreferred Qualifications:Forklift operator certificationExperience in a manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Continuous walking and lifting, exposure to manufacturing environment. PPE required.
