Quality Control Specialist

Managing day-to-day operations in the OEM billing and quality control department, the full-time Billing Quality Control Specialist will ensure accurate data entry, compile monthly enrollment documents, and reconcile records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Client Services and Budget Management teams to ensure accurate data and create invoices based on OEM data files Maintain current and accurate data files by staying updated on regulations and procedures with the OEM Operations team Perform continuous account analysis and reconcile monthly records to ensure quality assurance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting, billing, collections, or a finance-related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables Experience with Oracle NetSuite software and Salesforce is a plus Knowledge of the automotive advertising industry, particularly OEM, is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
