Individuals seeking accommodations for disabilities are typically required to provide medical documentation supporting the existence of a disability, the need for the accommodation, and what workplace modifications will enable the employee to perform the essential functions of the job.POSITION OVERVIEW:Under the direction of the Deputy Regional Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight of School-Based and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. The position provides clinical supervision, consultation, and support to staff while ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive, and evidence-based services. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with school staff, county partners, contracted providers, and community providers to support effective care, continuity of services, referrals, and coordination. The position oversees clinical practices, documentation, risk assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination while monitoring quality, productivity, and compliance with agency, county, managed care, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Supervisor supports staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback and assists with program implementation, quality improvement, and service development. This role will uphold and champion the agency's mission, vision, and values and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Program ManagementLead the implementation of new services, workflows, policies, procedures, and program enhancements, including coordinating staff training and change management.Monitor program goals, performance measures, service utilization, and other key indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Track program deliverables and ensure timely completion of contractual, operational, clinical, and reporting requirements.Facilitate program meetings and workgroups, establish agendas and action items, and follow up on assignments and deadlines.Identify operational and clinical barriers and develops solutions, corrective actions, and improvement strategies in collaboration with leadership and program staff.Collaborate with leadership to develop, monitor, and evaluate program goals and deliverables.Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols, and standardized workflows to improve program efficiency and service quality.Coordinate with external partners, referral sources, county representatives, health plans, school administration, and community organizations as needed to support program implementation and service delivery.Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project status, accomplishments, risks, barriers, and recommended next steps.Staff Supervision:Provide direct supervision, leadership, and support to School-Based and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services staff.Conduct weekly individual clinical supervision for Trainees, Interns, Associate-level clinicians, and other clinical staff in accordance with applicable licensing board requirements.Facilitate and participate in weekly group supervision meetings to support clinical practice, case consultation, and staff development.Monitor staff productivity, performance, and adherence to program policies and procedures.Assist with staff onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development.Review, evaluate, and approve documentation completed by program staff, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, screening tools, and other required records.Ensure documentation meets agency, county, state, federal, and payer requirements.Conduct regular chart reviews and quality assurance activities to promote compliance and service quality.Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective guidance to staff regarding documentation standards and clinical best practices.Monitor program outcomes and support continuous quality improvement efforts.Contract ManagementServe as a liaison with all funders on all programmatic and operations issues.Attend all funder-required meetings, events, and training.Ensure delivery of program elements in compliance with contract language.Submit all necessary documents and reports to funders by deadlines.Oversee day-to-day operations of School-Based and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Programs.Coordinate services with schools, county contract partners, managed care plans, and community providers to ensure effective coordination, service delivery, and continuity of care.Assist with program planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.Support compliance with contract requirements, funding guidelines, and regulatory standards.Participate in meetings, committees, and community collaborations as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned to support program goals and organizational objectives.Program & Coverage ResponsibilitiesEnsure program operations continue without interruption by providing coverage for essential duties when positions are vacant.Temporarily fill in unstaffed roles until the position is filled.Prioritize workload and allocate resources to maintain service delivery during staffing gaps.Communicate staffing needs and operational impacts to leadership promptly.Timekeeping & Attendance ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned work on or before deadlines in accordance with directives, policies, standards, and prescribed procedures.Ensure staff complies with established work schedules, attendance, and punctuality requirements.Monitor and approve employee timecards, including daily clock-in/out, breaks, overtime, and leave.Ensure employees take required meal and rest breaks in compliance with labor laws and agency policy.Submit approvals on time to support accurate payroll processing.Investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to HR/Payroll.Enforce organizational policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable labor
