Technical Writer 3 month contract – til EOY On-site in Lake Mary, FL Must be able to work on a W2 Unlock your potential as a vital contributor by crafting clear, comprehensive process documentation that drives operational excellence. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate across departments to develop and refine process materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity to support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a technical writer or document specialist
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to ask qualifying questions and follow up effectively to gather comprehensive information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; Windchill experience is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within the healthcare or medical device industry
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, an associate degree combined with relevant work experience will also be considered

• Ability to work across multiple sites and systems
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to continuous change
• One-on-one or group meetings to gather and validate process information
