The Opportunity As part of the P&C Technical Solutions team, you lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that modernize insurance operations. As a Manager, you motivate and inspire teams, leveraging your business knowledge to drive project success while maintaining the integrity and quality standards that define our firm. Responsibilities - Oversee the modernization of underwriting and policy administration processes - Drive cloud transformation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency - Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions and secure architectures - Analyze and improve risk selection and claims resolution speed - Enhance customer experience through innovative strategies and automation - Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities - Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational practices What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles What Sets You Apart - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred - Certifications including TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications (CISSP) - Hands-on architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, APIs, event streaming and CI/CD - Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor - Leading and developing technical teams in a collaborative environment - Driving adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches - Overseeing project lifecycle and managing budgets and timelines - Providing technical guidance in system integration and cloud architecture - Designing scalable and secure systems using modern patterns - Continuously monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
