Full-Time Medical Customer Service Representative
We are a fast-paced durable medical equipment (DME) company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask effectively, communicate clearly and professionally, and maintain a friendly and courteous phone presence when assisting patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Accurately enter and maintain patient demographic information
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and internal departments
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Support coordination of services and equipment delivery
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
- Excellent computer skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments
Training:
- Comprehensive training will be provided on our medical software systems
