Relationship Banker - Valparaiso, IN

Relationship Banker Location: Valparaiso, IN. What you’ll do: Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend solutions. Discover customer financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations. Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts. Operate teller drawer, serve customers in lobby/drive-up. Open and maintain accounts, assist with digital products. Recognize potential fraud and risk. Assist with bank opening/closing duties as shift requires. Support community and bank events. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales. High School diploma or GED required. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation: Hourly rate $21.00 - $28.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus.
