Technical Architect

Title: for RFQ NY Technical Architect Location - Onsite (Hauppauge, NY) Contract Duration: 3 months Summary: The services are to be provided for the successful engagement for Palo Alto Technical Architect services. Contractor will provide Technical Architect resource, who specializes in Palo Alto Networks, for a period of 3 months to provide the services outlined below. The resource will be managed by a Suffolk County IT Manager. Major Objectives: Key Points: The on-site resource will work towards the completion of the following tasks: Review Firewall policies Review Firewall interface configurations Review Firewall Zones Document and Diagram Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum/General Experience: Eight (8) years of enterprise experience, multiple industry and/or vendor certifications. Functional Responsibility: Design and creation of enterprise class architecture in given technologies; management of project tasks and resources. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Other education and/or experience can be substituted. Technical Architect tasks will include, but are not limited to: Review Firewall policies Review Firewall interface configurations Review Firewall Zones Document and Diagram Note: Please provide the number of hours the candidate will allocate for each category in the scope of work.
