Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of customer products. This role leads warehouse supervisors and associates, drives operational performance, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate staffing and labor planning to meet customer demand and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Partner with customers, transportation providers, and internal departments to support service excellence.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent warehouse management experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong computer and system management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the warehouse floor regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
