IT Support Desk Technician

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time IT Support Desk Technician will focus on employee onboarding, account provisioning, and day-to-day help desk operations while working onsite during Pacific Time hours. Key responsibilities Deliver technical support to internal and external users through various communication channels Manage support ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including account creation and hardware deployment Required qualifications Minimum of three years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments, including Windows 10 and 11 Proficient in Active Directory administration and Microsoft 365 support Experience with PC deployment, endpoint security, and remote user support Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and mobile device management solutions Experience in the mortgage banking, lending, or real estate industry is preferred
