Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for evening and night shifts in the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while managing a patient ratio of 3:1 in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients during evening and night shifts.
• Assess patient conditions promptly and prioritize treatments according to severity.
• Document patient information accurately using the T-system charting platform.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols.
• Assist in training and orienting new staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Prior travel nursing experience in emergency care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings and nights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Knowledge of T-system charting is a plus.
