Technical Recruiter | Location: Newport, RI, Hybrid or On Site | Direct Hire | Salary: $40K-$75K Base plus Commission Delphi-US is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to support our expanding staffing operations across the United States. This role involves sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for a variety of technical roles within high-demand IT sectors, including Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and more. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Source and qualify candidates for technical roles based on skill assessments and soft skills evaluation. Manage candidate tracking and documentation within our database system. Provide comprehensive candidate summaries and submission reports to the sales team. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Extend offers and facilitate candidate onboarding processes. Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle multiple open job orders simultaneously. Commitment to delivering high-quality, consultative service. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in staffing agency or technical recruiting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools.
