Service Cashier 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1025 Job Title: Service Cashier Position Summary Mark Jacobson Toyota is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our busy Service Department. As the final point of contact for customers after their service visit, the Service Cashier plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by accurately processing payments, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. Greet customers promptly and professionally as they complete their service visit. Process payments accurately. Review repair orders and explain invoices as needed. Reconcile daily transactions. Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the dealership management system. Assist service advisors and management with administrative tasks. Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and welcoming. Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate. Support the service team during busy periods to ensure efficient customer flow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
