Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

About the Opportunity

A well-established manufacturing company in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Manager (Spanish) to oversee daily office operations, administrative functions, payroll coordination, vendor management, and employee onboarding activities. This position plays a critical role in supporting office efficiency, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a professional and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day office administrative activities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotes, negotiate services, and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with budgeting activities, financial recordkeeping, and administrative reporting.
• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing to support business operations.
• Oversee maintenance of office equipment, facilities, and service contracts.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and administrative activities.
• Support employee onboarding processes and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely submission and processing for approximately 20 employees.
• Serve as a liaison between management, employees, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide bilingual English/Spanish communication support for employees, visitors, and business partners.
• Maintain confidential employee and company information with a high degree of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous experience in office management, office administration, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating payroll and HR administrative functions preferred.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software Rippling, or comparable system.
• Strong clerical, organizational, and recordkeeping skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
