We are a growing private pay practice, and most of our clients are highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and engaged in their healing journey. Benefits Flexible schedule Training & development What We Offer $50/hour Pay for admin work (note‑taking, attending team meetings, supervision, and completing consultations for new clients) Weekly clinical supervision (meets BBS licensure requirements) Fully remote work Marketing and practice support AI‑Powered Note Tracking to streamline documentation and reduce burnout Ongoing trauma training & professional development Opportunities for growth within a collaborative and healthy work environment Your Role Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth Manage a caseload of a minimum of 15 clients a week, with the possibility of seeing more Deliver trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence‑based care Attend weekly supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor Collaborate with team members and contribute to our growing group practice Maintain clinical documentation (assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, notes) using Simple Practice Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active California BBS registration as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC Strong understanding of trauma‑informed and client‑centered care Experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression Familiarity with Simple Practice (EHR) Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Accommodations are available upon request.
