What You’ll Do Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies Prepare food for service including chopping, prepping, portioning, and sauce preparation Cook menu items to exact chef specifications Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs during service Ensure dishes are executed with speed, consistency, and quality Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts Properly store and rotate inventory Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards Maintain a positive and professional attitude with teammates and guests What We’re Looking For Previous cooking experience required, including line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively Culinary school training is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Current Food Handler card Why Join Our Team?
