Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Coordination in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors and team members while using technology to document security-related activities. Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $23.74 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, and other policy violations. Document observations, incidents, and completed patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
