Student Worker - (Library References)

This role will be filled by either two 10 hour positions or one 20 hour position. Looking for part-time Master's or Doctorate level research or instruction assistant for the University Library by summer or fall 2026. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional informational and research assistance in multiple formats: in-person, telephone, email, live chat, etc. Add reference transactions to the analytics database Assist with the preparation of reports as needed other duties as assigned Requirements Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate in a clear, effective manner Strong research and analytical skills Ability to follow instructions and work with a team, demonstrating awareness of each of the library's departmental responsibilities Self-motivated to complete a work schedule and tasks with limited supervision Must be able to work effectively and responsibly with library patrons in a public service environment and to serve a variety of people Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity Regent University does not discriminate in employment in its programs or activities on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, disability, age or veteran status.
