You will enhance the quality of life for individuals with complex mental health and behavioral support needs. What You Get To Do: Handle‑with‑Care Training to ensure your safety and success supporting individuals using a team‑based approach. Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more. Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. Build relationships with persons served and teammates. Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events. Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home. Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest. Document progress, milestones, and action steps. What Makes You A Great Fit: Excitement for working with adults with disabilities. Must be at least 18 years old. Good communication skills—reading, writing, and speaking—to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team members. Valid Driver’s License (required for transporting persons served). Comfortable driving company vehicles; some positions may require a personal vehicle and auto‑liability insurance. A successful background clearance is required as part of onboarding and employment. Nice to Have: Experience with adults with mental health issues, disabilities or related experience.
