Assembly Technician

The Assembler is responsible for performing bench assembly and machine operations to mass-produce products and components. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Read and follows bill of material and routing Place parts in specified relationship to each other Restock parts and adds coolant as needed Tend to machines, such as milling, grinding, and drilling to perform required operations to product Pack finished product in proper container Read and follows work instructions and safety analyses sheet Scan onto jobs via inventory collection device Records information on process and sustainment sheets Works at different workstations as production needs require Support and sustain ISO procedures, Lean Manufacturing and 5-S efforts Work on a line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line Perform organizing and daily cleaning duties to ensure safe work area Other duties may be assigned in support of production needs Who You Are: You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships.
