Ready to step up and start building your leadership skills?

As a Shift Leader, you'll help lead the restaurant team, keep shifts running smoothly, deliver a great guest experience, and learn what it takes to successfully operate a Wingstop restaurant.

This could be the perfect opportunity if you're a strong team member who's ready for more responsibility or already have some leadership experience and want room to grow.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Already comfortable taking the lead?

Our Restaurant Supervisors work alongside the General Manager and help drive the day-to-day success of the restaurant.

You'll take ownership of your shifts by:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team

• Delivering a guest-first experience

• Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety

• Helping train and develop new Team Members

• Managing cash-handling procedures and shift responsibilities

• Supporting inventory, product ordering, and food-cost controls

• Solving problems and making decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Helping create a positive culture where people want to work

• Stepping in to lead restaurant operations when the General Manager isn't present

For the posting title itself, I’d use “Shift Leader / Restaurant Supervisor – Wingstop” . It’s clear, searchable, and immediately tells candidates there are multiple leadership levels available.
