About the Role As Community Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of a thriving apartment community while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service. You'll oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and property operations while creating a welcoming environment where both residents and employees can thrive. What You'll Do Drive Leasing Success * Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy. * Deliver an outstanding experience for every prospect from first contact through move-in. * Coach the team on closing techniques, follow-up, and relationship building. * Monitor leasing traffic, conversions, renewals, and resident retention. Lead with Positivity * Create a fun, encouraging, and accountable workplace culture. * Coach team members to achieve leasing, customer service, and operational goals. * Celebrate wins and motivate your team through challenges. * Inspire and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team. Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience * Build genuine relationships with residents. * Resolve concerns professionally and with empathy. * Create a community where residents feel valued and heard. * Support resident events and community engagement initiatives. Keep Operations Running Smoothly * Oversee daily office operations and administrative responsibilities. * Monitor budgets, delinquency, and property performance. * Approve invoices and maintain accurate records. * Conduct regular property inspections to ensure excellent curb appeal and community standards. * Partner with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns. Ensure Compliance * Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies. * Maintain accurate resident files and documentation. * Ensure all leasing and operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
