Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be a full-time, on-site team member based in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and pipelines that support VenPro Solutions’ digital marketing and creative services, such as personalization, content optimization, and campaign performance analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, building and training machine learning and deep learning models, and integrating these models into production-ready software systems. The AI Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketing strategists to identify AI use cases, prototype solutions, and iterate based on performance metrics. The role also involves monitoring model performance in production, maintaining documentation, and staying current with emerging AI, NLP, and machine learning techniques relevant to marketing and media applications. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, version control, and API integration. Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including building, training, and evaluating deep learning models. Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and content generation or summarization. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus). Proficiency with Python and common ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy). Experience deploying models to production environments (e.g., REST APIs, cloud services) and working with relational or NoSQL databases. Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into technical AI solutions, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
