Property Accountant: Impactful Nonprofit Housing Finance

Bellwether Housing is seeking a Property Accountant to manage complex financial transactions for an assigned portfolio of affordable housing properties. You will own closing entries, produce audit and management reports, and coordinate receivables collections while ensuring GAAP compliance. The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience, LIHTC knowledge, and strong Excel/Yardi skills to support budgeting and financial analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bellwether-Housing
