In this position, you will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to each of our Clients / Property Owners. Job Responsibilities: Build Relationships with Owners Monitor Owner Retention Extend Prompt Service to Owners Provide Effective Communication Within the Company and With Clients Maintain Owner Property Records Encourage and Promote the Company's Culture, Mission, and Core Values Qualifications: Reliable transportation to and from work Work Schedule Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. This role will require occasional on-call weekend shifts as this is rotated among the owner relations team.
