Required Skills

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent) - 2+ years
• Experience with design systems and reusable components - 2-3+ years
• Experience leading user workshops and facilitating sessions - 2+ years
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (ADA) - 1+ years
• UI/UX experience - 3-5+ years
• Including a portfolio link is a plus
