UX/UI Designer

Shape the training of next-generation AI systems by applying customer-focused UX/UI expertise to a remote design project. Your real-world design input will help improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Apply UX/UI design expertise to provide high-quality input that supports AI system training.
• Use human-centered design knowledge to contribute to an emerging technology initiative.
• Provide clear documentation and constructive feedback.

• Expert-level knowledge of UX/UI design methods and a substantial portfolio of user-centered web and mobile work.
• Advanced Figma experience, including prototyping and design-system management.
• Ability to interpret Adobe Analytics and use findings to inform design decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contributing independently or as a consultant on agile, cross-functional projects.
• Experience designing AI-driven products or digital experiences is helpful but not required.
• Interest in applying human-centered design to intelligent systems.

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Work is task-based, and completion time can vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum weekly task-submission requirements apply.
• Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.

• Compensation is $25 to $40 per hour and is paid based on tasks that meet project specifications.
