UX/UI Designer

Role Overview

Apply UX/UI expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world design input. This remote contract opportunity focuses on a customer-centered project at the intersection of design and emerging technology. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute UX/UI design expertise that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform.
• Provide clear documentation and constructive feedback aligned with project specifications.
• Use user-centered design practices and data-informed insights to support project work.

Qualifications

• Expert-level UX/UI design proficiency, supported by a substantial portfolio of user-centered web and mobile work.
• Advanced Figma experience, including prototyping and design-system management.
• Ability to interpret Adobe Analytics data for design decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contributing independently to agile, cross-functional projects as a consultant or individual contributor.
• Experience designing AI-driven products or digital experiences is helpful but not required.
• Interest in applying human-centered design to intelligent systems.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Work is completed on a task basis, and the time required may vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of task submissions each week.

Compensation

• Listed compensation is $25 to $40 per hour.
• Payment is output-based and issued per task that meets project specifications.
