We are currently seeking a Program Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow, and thrive.As a Program Analyst, you'll apply program analysis, process improvement, and operations management expertise to help federal offices execute priorities, strengthen operations, and achieve mission objectives.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Supporting the development and execution of division/office priorities, goals, requirements, and objectivesConducting research and analysis to maximize impact and minimize costs; managing deadlines and promoting desired outcomesDeveloping and coordinating staffing plans, recommended efficiencies, process flows, and standard operating proceduresManaging and reconciling program or engagement expenditures; integrating data into performance and ROI metrics and lessons learnedSupporting workforce development and training initiativesProviding oversight, management, and development of records management and knowledge management processesAnalyzing and interpreting program output data associated with office accomplishments and measurable impactsAssisting with the identification of programmatic strengths and weaknessesPreparing status reports, briefing materials, and other deliverables for Government leadershipCarry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and ThriveLocation: You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area. You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements.Required experience/skills:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience or a Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience in lieu of the aboveDemonstrated experience with cross-functional team collaborationExperience managing quick-turn requirements, tasks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced federal environmentDemonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex assignments under tight timelines, shifting priorities, and limited resourcesAbility to translate formal requirements or ambiguous direction into structured work plans, workflows, tracking mechanisms, and repeatable processes that reduce duplication and improve efficiencyExperience engaging with senior government leaders, contractors, and external stakeholders across meetings, briefings, and day-to-day coordination settingsStrong oral and written communication skillsUS citizenship requiredPreferred experience/skills:Prior experience supporting this Federal client or similar federal agencies in a comparable operational or mission-support capacityExperience supporting other Federal civilian agencies in a program or operations analyst capacityBackground in acquisition support, program management support, or shared-services operations for a Federal clientStrong command of Agile/Scrum style project managementExperience with SharePoint, Power BI, Atlassian Tools (JIRA), or similar program management/reporting platformsExperience supporting financial or programmatic status reporting (e.g., monthly financial reports, monthly status reports) in a Federal contracting environmentDon't think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
