Housekeeper

Property location: Drury Inn, 3250 Scottsville Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42104 What You Will Do Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and teammates. Perform daily housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring rooms meet established standards. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs. Provide guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information as requested. Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as needed. Offer courteous and professional service, responding promptly to guest requests, questions, and complaints. Work independently without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions. Support a positive work environment for all team members and guests. Be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as required. Qualifications No prior housekeeping experience required; previous experience is a plus. High school education or equivalent (completion of 2 years of secondary school). Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Capacity to perform work without direct supervision. Positive, decisive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service. Physical ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, kneel, and lift 25–35 pounds intermittently. Good communication skills in English (Spanish language ability is an asset but not required). Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting hourly pay.
