Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care for a diverse patient population.
• Quickly assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions in critical situations.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Active Montana RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous emergency or critical care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong critical-thinking skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
