Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech - Full Time

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area hospital in Newark, DE where you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of a two-year accredited program in Radiology Technology.
• ARRT registration.
• Delaware State Radiologic Technologist license.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a staff radiologic technologist.
• Proficiency and documented experience with procedural radiographic equipment and settings including C-Arms, portable X-ray machines, intra-op and PACU imaging, and HVIS systems.
• Experience with vascular and hybrid operating room procedures and room operation troubleshooting.
• Procedural competence in Endografts, Angiography, Cardiac, and Trauma applications.
• Experience with contrast power injectors and knowledge of contrast media.
• Familiarity with spinal and pelvic stealth navigation consoles and integration with the O-Arm, including recognition of navigation instrumentation and function.
• Experience supporting clinical training of staff and students and troubleshooting radiology computer and software systems.
• BLS certification.

Position Details:

• Facility type: Hospital, Newark, DE.
• Shift name: Evenings. Evening schedule: M-F 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Evening staffing includes weekend call rotation and holiday call as noted below.
• Shift options at this site include Day, Day/Evenings, and Evenings with multiple openings across schedules. Specifics: Evening: M-F 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.; Day/Evening: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with minimum one evening call per week (4:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.), one weekend call every six weeks, and 1-2 holidays per year; Day: 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m., four days per week with one rotating comp day.
• Weekend call frequency: Every 6th weekend for evening staff. Holiday call frequency: 1-2 holidays per year as a 24-hour call shift for evening staff.
• Start and contract window noted internally from 05/26/2026 to 05/25/2027.
• Content-level responsibilities include equipment expertise, troubleshooting, room operation, and procedural assistance across specialties including Neuro, Trauma, Orthopedics, General, Urology, and Vascular.
