Community Involevement Coordinator Location: Tehachapi, CA Position Purpose Support UNACEM North America's community involvement strategy by strengthening relationships with local communities, government agencies, educational institutions, and external stakeholders. The role supports communications, community outreach, and corporate social responsibility activities, that enhance the company's reputation and workplace culture. Key Accountabilities Support community engagement initiatives and outreach programs. Assist with external communications and corporate messaging. Support permitting and regulatory communication efforts. Coordinate company participation in community events, sponsorships, and volunteer initiatives. Track community investments and engagement metrics. Monitor local issues that could impact company operations. Critical Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local officials, and nonprofit partners. Coordinate volunteer events, charitable initiatives, and corporate social responsibility programs. Draft presentations, newsletters, press materials, employee communications, and community updates. Assist with public meetings, community advisory groups, and local outreach efforts. Coordinate event logistics, vendors, budgets, promotional materials, and communications for community events open to employees. Maintain stakeholder databases and communication records. Ensure communications and events align with UNACEM branding and company values. Success Measures Successful execution of community engagement initiatives.
