Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Duration: 12 months+ Rate: $80-95/hr on Vendor W2 Location: St. Louis, MO - Hybrid 3 days/week on site in St. Louis Arrangements: Local candidates only. Core business hours must be worked. Start between 7-9am. Preferred hybrid 3 days a week, flexible days. Team structure: 1 Senior Developer, 1 Lead Developer. Description The team is the ServiceNow platform team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. A strategic reset has produced this need. New implementation. Best practices and standards around data organization. CDM will be followed. Team is made up of engineers and BAs. All the work is broken down into work streams. This person will be tied to certain modules in ServiceNow. A lot of head‑down work. Will get paired with a BA and engineer to rework some modules. Helping with testing and validation. Deployment. Releases. Looking for a senior and lead candidate. Must‑have skills Attention to detail Good communication Technical expertise on ServiceNow platform Nice‑to‑have skills Experience with Common Service Data Model Have done a reset of the ServiceNow platform before Extend or convert: This project is expected to go on for 18 months, so there is likely going to be an extension. A conversion is also possible in 2027. Job Description A Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise will lead and contribute to a strategic reset of the ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out‑of‑the‑box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model.
