About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified LTAC RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21201!
⏱️ Shift
- Night Shift – 3×12 hours
7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (19:00–07:30) - Works every other weekend
- Floats to HICU, BHU, and LTC Vent Unit
Responsibilities
HICU (ICU Step‑down):
- Monitor unstable but not critical patients
- Manage vents, trachs, high‑flow O₂
- Care for complex medical patients (sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest)
BHU (Brain Health Unit):
- Support neuro/medical patients with long stays
- Medication management & rehab coordination
- Assist with daily living activities and safety monitoring
Burk 2 Vent Unit:
- Care for chronic ventilator‑dependent patients
- Respond to vent alarms and perform airway management
- Provide long‑term complex care and implement patient care plans

- 2 years of experience required
- Previous Charge experience – Preferred
- LTAC experience – Preferred
- Trauma Level I experience – Preferred
- Teaching hospital experience – Preferred
