Our cleaning division, BridgeHaus Cleaning Pros, has played a key role in that experience—providing reliable, detail-oriented service across our managed portfolio. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are adding to our team and seeking individuals who take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled cleanings for vacant residential properties across San Diego
- Complete both standard and deep cleaning tasks (with checklists provided)
- Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and office areas to BridgeHaus standards
- Represent the BridgeHaus brand with professionalism in every client interaction
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and the team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in providing high-quality service
- Reliable time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- A smartphone with GPS and text capabilities
- Reliable transportation to travel locally
- English fluency required (Spanish a plus!)

- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Background check required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Perks
