WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Staff Nurse you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices. You will become a subject-matter expert and have a wide range of opportunities for career advancement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience: One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
