Job Description About VPHCA Value Point Healthcare Advisors (VPHCA) is a healthcare consulting firm focused on helping healthcare organizations strengthen operations, improve performance, develop leaders, optimize revenue, and build scalable systems for sustainable growth. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help expand VPHCA's market presence, generate qualified leads, develop business relationships, and manage content across our digital platforms. This is not solely a social media position. The ideal candidate will combine marketing creativity with proactive business development and be comfortable identifying prospects, conducting outreach, building relationships, and helping convert opportunities into client conversations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development Identify and research prospective healthcare clients, including physician practices, medical groups, specialty practices, healthcare organizations, and other potential strategic partners. Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business leads. Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels. Introduce VPHCA's consulting and management services to prospective clients. Schedule discovery calls and meetings for VPHCA leadership. Maintain organized records of prospects, outreach activity, follow-ups, and lead status. Conduct timely follow-up with prospective clients and referral sources. Research healthcare organizations and market opportunities that align with VPHCA's service offerings. Assist with networking events, conferences, community outreach, and strategic partnership development. Track lead-generation activity and conversion performance. Marketing & Brand Development Help develop and execute VPHCA's overall marketing strategy. Increase awareness of the VPHCA brand within the healthcare industry. Support marketing campaigns promoting VPHCA's consulting, operational, leadership, and management services. Develop marketing materials for outreach campaigns, presentations, email marketing, and business development initiatives. Coordinate campaigns designed to generate inbound leads and new business opportunities. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Content Creation & Social Media Create engaging and professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Develop educational healthcare operations content, short-form videos, graphics, posts, articles, and promotional materials. Create and maintain a monthly content calendar. Assist leadership with developing thought-leadership content. Record, edit, and publish short-form video content. Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, video clips, graphics, and other digital assets. Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and audience growth. Ensure all content reflects VPHCA's professional brand and executive-level positioning. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable conducting proactive outreach to prospective clients. Experience managing professional social media platforms. Ability to create polished written, graphic, and video content. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Experience with Canva, social media management platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or similar technology preferred. Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. Understanding of physician practices, healthcare operations, medical groups, or healthcare consulting is a plus.
