What You'll Do Own TikTok and short-form video strategy across health, wellness, fitness, and wearable products. Build and scale UGC and creator campaigns that feel authentic and drive growth. Turn health data, technical features, and product benefits into clear, compelling consumer stories. Develop hooks, scripts, briefs, and creative concepts designed to increase engagement and conversion. Build AI-powered content systems for creation, testing, personalization, and optimization. Develop marketing automation across email, SMS, CRM, and lifecycle journeys. Run rapid experiments across content, paid media, landing pages, acquisition, and retention. Track performance across acquisition, conversion, retention, CAC, and campaign ROI. Help define the brand voice and build consumer trust in the health technology space. What We're Looking For Experience growing a consumer health, wellness, fitness, wearable, or consumer technology brand. Strong understanding of TikTok, UGC, creators, influencer marketing, and short-form content. Experience building content that connects authentically with health and wellness consumers. Comfortable using AI tools and marketing automation platforms to create leverage and move faster. Strong creative instincts with an understanding of what makes content engaging without feeling overly produced. Ability to communicate health-related information clearly and responsibly. Data-driven approach to experimentation, growth, conversion, retention, and optimization. High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to move quickly from strategy into execution.
