What makes this role different * Smaller, stable caseloads * Direct communication with families and providers * Nursing judgment is trusted, not micromanaged * Supportive team environment with experienced staff Pay and incentives * Range from $36.00-$39.18 per hour * Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus * Full benefits for eligible employees What you will do * Administer medications and follow individualized nursing treatment plans * Monitor overall health status, including skin integrity, hygiene, and seizure activity * Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families, and internal teams * Respond to health concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up * Complete required health documentation accurately and on time What you need * Current Massachusetts LPN license * BLS certification in Massachusetts * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record * Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting Physical considerations This role may involve assisting adults with transfers and adaptive equipment.
