Software Test Engineer

10+ years of software testing/quality engineering experience with demonstrated senior or Staff-level technical ownership. Prior experience testing connected medical devices, including software/mobile applications that communicate with physical devices or embedded firmware. Strong hands-on mobile application testing experience across iOS and/or Android, ideally both. Experience with system and integration testing across mobile applications, connected hardware/firmware, and cloud or server components. Hands-on test automation experience using Appium and a programming language such as Java, Python, or C++. Ability to independently develop test cases, execute manual and automated testing, troubleshoot defects, gather test data, and drive testing activities through completion. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience testing CGM, insulin pump, or other diabetes-management products. Experience with both iOS and Android mobile application testing. Hands-on experience interacting with hardware/firmware, including firmware flashing, logs, debugging, or benchtop testing. Experience working with REST APIs, BLE-connected products, and regulated medical device testing/documentation practices.
