AMG & Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of contract services in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Services Representative. As a Client Support Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time position, Monday‑Friday, with regular business hours. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and finding solutions to meet their expectations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database Proactively identify and address any potential issues that may impact client satisfaction Participate in client meetings and provide support to the sales team as needed Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our client support services Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
